We are looking for a Program Administrator to keep Edition Two running smoothly from first
communications through to close-out.
This is the operational hub of the programme. You will manage our inbox, handle logistics, look after participants, and keep our systems in order. The role is estimated at approximately two days per week across the engagement.
Key responsibilities
• Manage the programme inbox and serve as point of contact for all participants
• Handle invoicing, communications, and contract delivery
• Research and book accommodation and travel for participants
• Deliver schedules and briefing documents; manage the electronic filing system
• Take minutes at programme meetings and distribute as required
• Attend the residential training week (Sep, London) and Access to Market Day (Oct,
London) in person
What we are looking for
• Strong organisational skills and close attention to detail
• Experience managing inboxes, logistics, or project coordination
• Discreet, dependable, and confident corresponding professionally on behalf of an organisation
• The right to live and work in the UK
How it works
This role can sit alongside other commitments. We are a small, entrepreneurial team. You will join a weekly team Zoom call and a one-hour online catch-up with the Training Director and or Program Producer each week. Please tell us about any other commitments when you apply so we can agree hours accordingly.
Fee
This is a fixed fee, freelance role.
