Vacancy - Program Producer
We are looking for a Program Producer to join the team for Edition Two (21st July to 16th November 2026).
This is a senior delivery role. You will recruit and manage mentors, speakers, and contributors, identify outreach partners, and sit on the participant selection panel, working closely with the Training Director throughout.
Key responsibilities
• Recruit, manage, and communicate with mentors, speakers, and contributors
• Identify and secure outreach and delivery partners
• Sit on the participant application selection panel
• Liaise with the Training Director on planning and delivery
• Attend the residential training week (21 to 24 Sep, London) and Access to Market Day (26 Oct, London) in person
Support Staff
· You will be supported by a Program Administrator.
What we are looking for
• Experience in programme delivery or production within the film or creative industries
• Strong relationship management skills and confidence working independently
• Genuine commitment to the aims of No Password Required
• The right to live and work in the UK
How it works
This role can sit alongside other commitments. We are a small, entrepreneurial team. You will join a weekly Zoom call and a one-hour online catch-up with the Training Director each week. Please tell us about any other commitments when you apply so we can agree hours accordingly.
Fee
This is a fixed fee, freelance role.
